Mixing and sound design for Nehrim radio play

Go on an acoustic adventure by listening to the German radio play „Nehrim – Dawn of War“ (original title: „Nehrim – Kriegsdämmerung“). Detailed sound design by IMAscore brings it’s world, known from the succesful and multiple award winning PC-Game „Nehrim – At fate’s edge“ to life. The story of the play is based on the role playing game which was released in 2010 as an modification to „The Elder Scrolls IV: Oblivion“ and was developed only by fans.

The critics are enthusiastic. FFM-Rock.de says, that „Nehrim […] is in no way inferior to series like „The Elves“ and „Sacred – The Shadow Warrior“ in terms of quality and atmosphere. That’s because of the moody soundtrack, the detailed and lively sound design and the great voice actors, that were casted.“

It’s true: „Nehrim – Dawn of War“ is an ambitious project. Even the minor roles are cast with top-class voice actors. Among others the German voices of Kristen Stewart (Annina Braunmiller), Ben Affleck (Johannes Berenz) and Angelina Jolie (Claudia Urbschat-Mingues) gave the characters their voices. All recordings were finally mixed by IMAscore , to provide all listeners a balanced and nicely sounding adventure. The more than 40 minute long production is available for download on iTunes and Amazon.
